Meals can become a challenge as we age. At Impact Home Care, we accommodate special diets, encouragement to eat/drink, companionship during meals, meal planning and preparation.

Our direct support staff will treat your loved one like family as they provide one on one companion care.  Companion care is perfect for clients whose guardian or family need to be away, or for those who live alone. 

Transportation to and from doctor appointments is available for your loved one; in addition to errand running and much more!

Our staff will ensure your loved one is reminded to take medications on time and as prescribed. 

We will remind your loved one when it's time to take their medication, and ensure they are taking appropriate prescriptions - as prescribed. 

When older adult have terminal illness, we offer compassionate & specialized care for your loved in to end of life. Hospice care is tailored to the individual in need of care and their family. This means each plan is unique, and the services offered are based on the specific needs and preferences of the patient & their family.
